Notes: Ruinart Brut Rose Champagne NV as with all Ruinart champagnes, is made with a high proportion of Chardonnay (45%) giving great finesse & elegance – so characteristic of Ruinart champagnes. The nose is fine, subtle, fresh & spring-like, with notes of red fruits, cherry, raspberry, wild strawberry & red berries. On the palate the first impression is balanced & fresh. The wine is supple, round & silky on the palate, developing fruity notes, with a deliciously bold finish.

Producer Info: Ruinart is the oldest champagne house & was founded by visionary Monk Dom Thierry, one of the first to recognise the importance of the Champagne business. The house was founded on September 1, 1729, by Nicolas Ruinart. In order to store its bottles, Ruinart acquired its ancient cellars in 1931 which, like most Champagne cellars, are the product of ancient chalk mining, & extend over 30 metres below the ground & are are an impressive 8 kilometres long. The depth of the cellars means they maintain a perfect natural storage temperature of 11 degrees Celsius.

Ruinart combines delicacy & subtle freshness, all from the finest grapes, skilful blending & extensive ageing in the 2000 year old cellars, said to be the most historically beautiful cellars in France.

These superb wines portray excellence & luxury to really stand out in a crowded market, this combined with the distinctly shaped bottle means they are found at the most luxurious & enigmatic restaurants & establishments around the world.
