Notes: A complex Rioja Reserva from Tempranillo & Mazuelo grapes grown in prime sites in Rioja Alta & Alavesa with average vine age of between 30-40 years. Aged in hybrid barrels with American oak staves & French oak heads, this wine balances bright red fruit flavours with a delicious spiciness.

Intense garnet in colour. Aromas of juicy strawberries, cherries & blackberries are married with notes of vanilla & spices from oak ageing & subtle earthy hints. The palate is exceptionally well-structured & fleshy, knit together with velvety tannins. The concentrated flavours are balanced by a vibrant acidity & endure on the long finish.
